SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed through My Store are generally processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public or federal holidays.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, periods of unusually high demand, inventory updates, supplier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order processing time is separate from the estimated shipping or delivery period.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery periods, and applicable shipping charges will generally be displayed during checkout when available.
Estimated delivery periods normally begin after an order has been successfully processed and dispatched.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed because actual transportation and delivery may depend on independent shipping carriers and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking information is available, customers may receive a shipping or dispatch confirmation containing the applicable tracking number or tracking details.
Carrier tracking systems may require additional time after dispatch before tracking information becomes active or displays updated movement.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Products included in the same order may occasionally be processed or shipped separately because of inventory location, supplier arrangements, package dimensions, product availability, or fulfillment requirements.
As a result, customers may receive multiple packages for the same order, and those packages may arrive on different dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Please provide your order number and available tracking information.
We may review the shipment information and, where appropriate, coordinate with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please inspect your package after delivery.
If the package or product arrives visibly damaged, please retain the product, original packaging, shipping label, and packaging materials and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs or other relevant information to assist in evaluating the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
